Another less than 5 - Chocolate (or not) Crispies...

Clearly I'm in the mood for sweet things! Unfortunately no pictures for this recipe as completely forgot and wanted to make sure you had it ready for a Valentines treat...

You will need:

  1. 1 box of coco pops or supermarket equivalent (the 400g size)
  2. 1 200g bar of milk chocolate
  3. 3 bags of pink and white marshmallows
  4. 100g butter
  5. Decoration of your choice

How to Make

  • Begin by breaking the chocolate into chunks and melting slowly in the microwave on 30 second bursts
  • Add the Butter and Marshmallows to the same bowl as the chocolate and continue melting on short bursts - the marshmallows will triple in size
  • once all ingredients melted and fluffy - give them a good stir and you're ready to add the whole box of coco pops - keep stirring until all coated
  • Spoon into cases or a lined tray and leave to set

For a variation - use white chocolate and ordinary rice crispies
