...ly fit and healthy. I suppose this post ought to have some sort of before pictures but I didn't think about that until I sat down just now (will get DH to help me with that later as I'll need to change into something a bit tighter and unflattering to hopefully reflect the positive changes more clearly in a few weeks)!
I'm aiming to do at least 30mins of exercise per day, a minimum of 5 days out of 7 (1 of my non-wii days will be playgroup and that's 2 hours of running around after 2 year olds, not including the walk pushing the buggy there and back), if I do more then great, if not I'm not fanatical so won't be worried. And, I want to give this a fair shot so 28 days to begin with.
I'm not doing this scientifically I just want to feel more energetic and generally healthier and if some of my clothes fit better then great! Food wise I'm eating more fruit instead of rubbish snacks but that's about it as I like what I eat and don't think my diet is terrible but my portion sizes probably are (best cut those down too then).
