So 14 days of wii fitting have gone by and also a trip to the physio (unrelated reasons) but at my physio appointment I was given some advice about what I personally shouldn't undertake and also what's great for me - hula hooping, this used to wear me out so quickly, I know that's the point and that I'm improving all the time so in this house we hoop most days!
So 2" lost overall in the second week
4lb weight loss in 2 weeks
Goal for the next fortnight is 3lb, which will take me out of the obese BMI into plain old overweight. Hope you're doing well also, keep it up - my energy hike if nothing else is well worth the effort.
