Anyone for Pizza...


Take a tortilla wrap some passata, cheese and you have the basic base for a pizza - throw on anything else you think would work (in my case some Mediterranean veg and Mozzarella) and 20 minutes later in a hot oven you have the quickest make your own pizza on the crispiest thin base. Half fat cheeses and basically a wafer for a base and this is considerably less caloric than anything you can find in the supermarket or take-away menus!
